My New York Apartment

Leave it to New York magazine to chronicle some of the more famous cinematic projections of a typical New York City apartment. From the family home (The Cosby Show) to the fantasy (Sex and the City), this list covers it all. My favorite has to be Monica and Rachel’s bachelorette pad on Friends. Why can’t all New York City apartments be exactly like that? 🙂

I will say that I’ve grown to love the Upper East Side apartment that I call home. Sure, the view from my bedroom window includes a red brick wall, and my oh-so-cozy kitchen came without counter space, but for me, it still works.
