Princess Diana’s wedding dress

For those of you that live state-side and can’t cross the pond to see Kate Middleton’s Alexander McQueen wedding dress on display, there’s another way to get your Royal Wedding fix. Starting in September and running through mid-January, Foxwoods will host the traveling exhibition, “Diana: A Celebration.” The pièce de résistance on display? Diana’s stunning gown — designed by Elizabeth Emanuel — from the day she wed Charles in 1981. As a long-time fan of the Royals, a trip to see this exhibit is definitely on my to-do list for fall. How about you? Will you be traveling to see Diana (or Kate’s!) dress?

The Cafe Capri

Don’t you just love the Cafe Capri pants above from J.Crew? I’ve been on the hunt for a stylish pair of colorful pants, and these look to be the perfect fit. The bright dahlia shade is my favorite. Even better, these pants are made from a wool blend, which means they can easily transition into fall. What do you think? Would you dare to wear these colorful pants? 🙂

Crazy Stupid Love

I’m counting the days until the Friday release of the movie above: Crazy, Stupid, Love starring Steve Carell, Julianne Moore, Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone. The cast itself is fantastic, but the story looks equally good. Also, I loved seeing Liza Lapira in the previews — I interviewed her several years back when she was in 21 and think she is so talented! What do you think — will you watch this film?
