David Lopez illustrates the Oscars

While the red carpet fashion at the Academy Awards is always over the top, these posters depicting the Best Picture nominees from this year are not. Illustrator David Lopez takes a minimalist approach to the films that shaped the year, and in doing so, creates artful and iconic representations for each. My favorite is The King’s Speech. I would love to hang that one up on the wall! What about you? Do you like these designs?

More wine please!

What a fun way to serve wine at a party! Leave it to Olive and Cocoa to come up with this clever design. It certainly reduces the amount of decision-making that your guests have to make. Now, they can focus on the more important stuff, like the art of conversation and trying not to spill their drinks. šŸ™‚

Little Paris

There’s nothing prettier than wearing the Eiffel Tower around your neck! Fittingly called Little Paris, this delicate necklace comes on a 14K gold-filled chain that is finished with small beads at the clasp. What a great way to carry the City of Light with you wherever your travels may lead!
